Enclosed is a document which we would like to have copied.  The method
that we'd like to follow is:

*. place clear plastic covers on the front and back of each copy
*. place one of the color photos as the cover page, so it can be
   seen through the plastic cover
*. we need 150 copies
*. keep it double sided as it appears on the originals
*. there are approximately 325 pages double sided (160 sheets).
*. you have recommended tape binding so we'll try that, but it needs
   to be fairly robust as this document will be continually used for
   years (it's note one of those packages made for meetings which is
   used only one day).  You can see from the sample document that we
   used comb binding for the previous release.
*. there are four parts for the document
	- User's Guide
	- Reference Guide
	- Instrument Guide
	- Index
   we'd like to use 4-position tab dividers for each of those four parts 
   and for the document to be assembled in that order.  I've included a
   page with labels for the tabs - they can be reduced to fit on
   the tab ear.  The dividers should go just before the title page
   for each section.
*. we've included a copy of an earlier release of the guide for
   reference.  DO NOT COPY THE SAMPLE DOCUMENT WHICH IS COMB BOUND.
