These are the results from the reformatting of the 3-Oct files.
There is some improvement in the 12-Sep data, so it appears that
some of the gaps resulted from noise added during the transmission.
There was no change in the 13-Sep data. For these two days, I 
propose that we use the 3-Oct files. 

Let us do the same test whenever it seems reasonable.
