Recent software work:
	Revised plot2offset.pro and term_score2.pro to:
		- Permit blowup of sub-sections of offset selection image
	Revised plot2offset to:
		- Provide keyword "orb_bias" for removing systematic
		  pointing offset of terminator images.
	Revised point2hex to:
		- Output hex data in the exact form used by the Tobans to
		  prepare the offset OG commands.
	mk_sfc was modified by Freeland to get sft->sfc selection criteria
	  from C0 editable file /usr/people/yohkoh/sxt/doc/mk_sfc.param.
	Prepared post-16aug95 Al.1 straylight grill structure for improving
	  Al.1 SFCs.  It is in /0p/sxt_co/terminator/analysis/al1_grill.genx.

Needed software work:
	Revise sfc_prep to include Al.1 straylight grill.  (Sam)
	Fix point-hex2 to handle multiple offset selections.
	Update /usr/people/yohkoh/sxt/doc/mk_sfc.param.
	Assure terminator analysis software is compatible with mk_sfc.param.
	Get sft, sxtf naming convention sorted out so update_term will work.
