0.General
  Monitoring of the Gayro S (switched from Y to S in the previous week) has been
 continued.  The drift rates were well below the limits throughout the week.

1.Solar Activity
  Solar Activity of this week was low.  A broad coronal hole was approaching
 the central meridian, in the weekend.  An active region NOAA 7585 appeared
 near the disk center on 24th.  It attracted considerable attention from some 
 flare hunters, but it failed to  evolve to a brilliant region.
  A bright coronal structure is enterning the visible side of the Sun on Sep. 25.
 This structure has been chosen to be the target of the SXT-Norikura Campaign.
  No X-ray flare  stronger than the clas C  was reported.  The Sun is still
 enjoying his long summer vacation, but we may expect that the Week 39 will 
 be an active period.   The base level of the X-ray emission is approaching
 the level "C", since Sep 24.

2-2. STT Timer Set
  STT timer was set at pass4 on Sep 21. The next setting should be done on Sep 28.

3.Error and Problems
  SXT has one error. BIT MAP ERROR occurred at pass4 on Sep 23.
  SXT was recovered by Yobi-C in the same pass.
  BCS has no error in this week.

4.Special Operations and Calibrations

4-1. Offset pointing
  The 8' east/west offset pointing was done from pass 2 to pass 4 on Sep 22.

4-2. SXT-Norikura Campaign
   The principal purpose of this Campaign is to estimate the differential emission
  measure of the  solar corona  using  SXT and coronal-line observations. The
  Campaign was performed on Sep 24 and 25.  It will be continued by the end of
  this month.
