1.General
  The whole term was smooth and without any extraordinary cases.

2.Solar Activity
  Solar Activity for this week was generally low. Only two spikes over C-level
  were observed by GOES. The average GOES level in soft channel is around B1.5
  now.

3-2. STT Timer Set
  STT timer was set on 19 Oct. The next setting should be done on 26 Oct.

4.Special Operations and Calibrations

4-1. Offset pointing
  The 8' east/west offset pointing was done from pass 2 to pass 4 on 20 Oct.

4-2. HXT Gain change was done on 18 Oct. during pass 2.

4-3. HXT Calibration was done during three night time KSC passes.
     931018-1134, 931019-1239, 931020-1032

4-4. BCS Calibration was done on 21 Oct. during pass 2.
   
5. DSN data
 
   The DSN schedule for Week 43 was reduced after cancellations of some passes
   due to Shuttle and TDRSS critical support (see e-mail from Joe Espinueva of
   20 October).

   New DSN schedule for week 44 and 45 was prepared and the list of cancelled
   DNS connections was sent to RASM and DSN. 

6. No specific errors or problems appeared durinig the term.
   Only the error no. 155 on the mainframe computer after saving and printing 
   commands in OP editor frequently appears.

7-2. Next STT Timer SET
   The STT timer is due to be set again on 26 Oct.

7-3. Offset Pointing
   8' east/west offpoint operations on 27 Oct between passes 2 and 4.

7-4. Terminator program is to be continued.
  
8. Remarks
   Some errors in antena selection were consequently found in the "OP_FIRST
   _GUESS" outputs.  The problem is studied by Lemen-san.

   New "terminator_commands" software was tested and succesfully used.  Small
   modifications were done by Lemen-san.

   We prepared and sent by Fax to KSC this Monday command sheets after KSC
   tohbans' request. 

   The last JPL Wk41 Weekly Report was coded and despite our request de-coded
   version is not yet here.
