There was also a long-duration and hard C class "event" on 13-Feb. 2. Special Operations 3.1 HXT calibrations HXT calibrations were done three times, pass 940208-0827, pass 940209-0928 and pass 940210-0928. 3.2 BCS calibrations & SSOC Tohban Error BCS calibrations were planed to be performed on Friday (source calibration) ` and on Saturday (stim calibration). (Fri.) 11-Feb 9:31:00 between #3 & #4 BCS SOURCE CAL (Sat.) 12-Feb #2 (940212-0516) BCS STIM CAL The source calibration on Friday was not performed due to SSOC tohbans' error (Sorry). The stim calibration on Saturday was not complete due to the accident of the telemetry (See 4.3). The source calibration is going to be performed again on Monday of Week07. The stim calibration is going to be performed by Tuesday's night's OPs. 4. Errors and Problems 4.1 BCS errors A BCS error was found and recovered. Found at: Recovery at: Error: (Tue.) 940208-0274 Same pass Bit map error (Wed.) 940209-0514 Same pass Bit map error 4.3 Level Down in S & X bands In the 2nd pass on Feb-12 (940212-0516), power level of the S-band and the X-band suddenly dropped down. Part of reproducing data (about 10%) was lost due to this accident. And BCS calibration on this pass was not complete The cause is now on investigation. 5. DSN communication 5.1 DPSE cancellations The following passes have been cancelled due to support for a DSPSE maneuver.
