#1. Solar and Human Activity +++

      Solar activity was very low throuoghout the week 40.
     A few C-class flare occured, but YOHKOH observed only one of them.

  4.1 Trouble of 'isass0' WS
         
      Isass0 had a disk trouble a few times on 6th and 7th.
     Then, we didn't execute IDL at that time.
      It will repair on (Tue)11-Oct.

  5.1 DSN Strawman Schedule for week_43

      There is no DSN conflict with ASCA in the Strawman schedlue for week 43.

#6. YOHKOH/ASCA Pass Conflict +++

      Two KSC passes (Pass 5 of 03-Oct-94 and 04-Oct-94 ) were lost in week 40
      because of conflict with ASCA.  Two passes (Pass 4 of 13-Oct-94 ,
      Pass 5 of 14-Oct-94) will be lost in week 41.
