Example of the BDR optimization installed by Jim in OP_FIRST_GUESS
in spring 1997. You can see the switches from high to medium (short
lines) in this GOES_TEK display; these switches are programmed in
at SAA times. Also caught in the act was a terminator image at about 
20:00 and a switch to high rate prior to the first KSC contact.
