Gaps in FFI due to Reformatter Error

There is a problem with the reformatter. All of the 1997 full-frame
imags at H resolution have gaps - this is an example - but the problem
seems to have started on Dec. 27. There was a reboot of ISASS0 if that
could be part of the problem. The gaps occur in persistent locations,
but several different ones.
