The 960519 glitch on CCD -- Decay

The decay of the glitch is nice and exponential, with an e-folding
time of 1.16 days. Note the orbital variation (different SHOW_PIX
figure) - the effect charges up during a given orbit, and this
exponential decay is just an overall envelope.
