ATT Status during an SFC

Example of searching the databases for the ATT status
during an SFC. The asterisks show the value of ATT.STATUS1
around the time of the SFC indicated, and the vertical line
shows when the SFC exposure happened. The dotted vertical line
is the official time of sunset. Run term_att_check.pro to 
look at the whole SFC database.
